1 c. unsweetened almond or cashew milk

1 c. filtered water

2 handfuls baby spinach

2 tbsp hemp berry smoothie protein powder

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 c. frozen berries

1 tbsp ground flax seed

1 tbsp maca root powder (optional)

1 tbsp ground cinnamon


Add milk, water and spinach to jug of your blender and blend starting on low speed and increasing to high until spinach is broken down.

Add remaining ingredients and blend (again starting on low and increasing to high). Pour into glass and enjoy, or prepare the night before and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
