A two session package designed to introduce you to the basics of healthy living.

I'll clear up any confusion you have about the one-sized fits all recommendations regarding diet, exercise, health and weight loss!

You'll receive personalized recommendations and action steps based on YOUR unique needs and circumstances.

Single 45 minute sessions are available for $99 each. Ideal if you need some help to get started, or a basic nutrition assessment. 

If you need more support, guidance and accountability, monthly packages are available. These packages include two 45 minute sessions per month with email/phone support between sessions and access to my personal library of resources. Your sessions will be used to discuss your challenges in order for us to find the solutions you need to reach your goals and find what truly works for you. You can also choose to use one or more sessions for a grocery store tour, cooking lessons, or a pantry makeover. The six month package includes a half day VIP session at my private lakefront cottage ($199 value).
